Connection method of breaking hammer and excavator
The breaking hammer is connected with the excavator through the diverter valve. The diverter valve has 4 oil ports, and each oil port has a corresponding mark, namely "P", "A", "H" and "T" ports. As a professional manufacturer of breaking hammers, here is the connection method between the breaking hammer and the diverter valve on the corresponding excavator:
(1) Connect the "P" port of the diverter valve with the oil outlet of the pump with a hose.
(2) Connect the "A" port of the diverter valve with the oil inlet port of the control valve with a hose.
(3) Connect the "H" port of the diverter valve to the oil inlet pipeline of the hydraulic hammer.
(4) Connect the "T" port of the diverter valve to the fuel tank.
(5) Connect the oil return pipe of the hydraulic hammer to the main oil return pipe of the excavator.
(6) The diameter of the pipeline connecting each interface is: when the oil supply of the main engine is less than 70L/min, the diameter of the pipeline is ￠16mm; when the oil supply of the main engine is greater than or equal to 70L/min, the diameter of the pipeline is ￠20mm.
