Due to wear on the outer surface of the piston and the cylinder, the original gap increases, the leakage of high-pressure oil increases, and the pressure decreases, resulting in a decrease in the impact energy of the breaker, so the work efficiency is reduced; during use, due to improper use by the operator, the acceleration parts wear, transitional wear of the upper and lower guide sleeves, loss of the guiding effect, the axis of the drill rod and the piston is inclined, and when the piston is working against the drill rod, there will be an external force on the end surface at a certain angle to the middle line of the piston, and the external force can be decomposed An axial reaction force and a radial force. The radial force makes the piston deflect to one side of the cylinder body, so that the original gap disappears, the oil film is destroyed, and dry friction is formed, which accelerates the wear of the piston and the inner hole of the cylinder body, and the gap between the piston and the cylinder body increases, resulting in leakage Increase, so that the impact energy of the hammer is reduced, thereby reducing the working efficiency of the hammer. Replacing a new piston can't solve the problem. The new piston works with the worn cylinder. Because the cylinder is worn and the roughness of the outer surface increases, the new piston will be worn faster, and the working efficiency of the hammer cannot be restored.
